Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sale but excluding personalized products) within 14 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions.)

Please note that if you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

International Customers

We will issue a full refund of the product. To return a product please follow the steps outlined below, we aim to keep the process as simple as possible:

  • Simply fill in the Online Returns Form  by login to your acount and selecting RMA from menu panel.
  • Package your items carefully, with each item in condition you received it and with all labels attached (including hangers).
  • You will be responsible for the returned items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery, and waterproof packaging.

Shipping Cost

Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed under normal circumstances. We do not refund shipping charges for returns or exchanges unless it is due to a manufacturing defect or if the incorrect item has been shipped, whereby we will also pay for the cost of the return postage


We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse.Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation e-mail.

The amount will be refunded in the same payment method as used in the original purchase. Value Added Tax, VAT, will be refunded to all customers from European Union and as for the rest of the countries the amount refunded will also be as in the same payment method used, however, we will deduct any resulting costs of customs. 

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation e-mail. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation e-mail.

Bank Transfer: Your refund will be issued through wire transfer to a bank account that should be indicated in the Return Form. You will see the refund in your account within 7 business days of the Return Confirmation e-mail.
